Kenneth R. Johnson
Ken Johnson was one of the three founding members of the firm. Today, he is still associated with the firm in the capacity of "of counsel." Mr. Johnson's practice is primarily focused in the areas of loan transactions and other financing, including secured and unsecured lending. He routinely represents institutional lenders in all forms of financing arrangements, including acquisition and development loans. He is also heavily involved in commercial and residential real estate.
